Handmade Products Disclaimer

All our products are handcrafted in small batches. Because of this:

Colors, patterns, weight, and appearance may vary
Seasonal and decorative soaps may differ slightly from photos
Variations do not affect quality or usability

Intended Use

Our soaps are for external use only.

Do not ingest
Avoid contact with eyes
Discontinue use if irritation occurs
Keep out of reach of children and pets

Laundry and foot-care soaps are clearly labeled and should be used only for their intended purpose.

Our products are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns or allergies.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in CAD
Limited-edition and seasonal items are available while supplies last
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue products at any time

Return and Refund Policy

Because our products are handmade and personal-care items, we have a limited return policy to ensure hygiene and safety.

Returns

We do not accept returns on:

Used products
Opened soaps
Customized or limited-edition items
Samples or gift sets

Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

Your order arrives damaged
You received the wrong item
There is an issue caused by us during fulfillment

To request help, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A brief description

Local Delivery & Pickup

Local delivery is available in Kitchener–Waterloo & Cambridge
Pickup is available in Kitchener
Once an order is marked as delivered or picked up, it is considered fulfilled

Are final sale
Will not be restocked once sold out
May feature decorative elements and embeds for visual appeal
